About this exam
Assesses practical and business Japanese in a single sitting, graded across eight bands from Special A to F. Held six times a year, in Japan and overseas.
Recognition & use Not accepted for the Specified Skilled Worker requirement, but used in company hiring and as an admission qualification for Japanese language schools.
