About This Site

kakikukeko is a multilingual portal that helps you compare and choose Japanese-language proficiency exams (JLPT, JFT-Basic, NAT-TEST, J.TEST, BJT, EJU, and others) relevant to Japanese residence statuses — studying, working, or the Specified Skilled Worker program.

Our goal: help you find the right exam for your purpose, in your own language, in about three minutes.

This site is an independent project operated by kakikukeko Committee. It is not affiliated with any exam’s organizing or administering body.

This site is independent of any exam organizer, and every exam is listed using the same criteria and format. Purpose-based recommendations are rule-based filters following the criteria published by public authorities (the requirements for each residence status) and do not favor any particular exam.

Exam schedules, fees, and host countries can change. Information here is for reference only — always confirm final details on the official exam website before applying. This site does not guarantee immigration outcomes and does not provide legal or immigration advice. For case-specific questions, consult the Immigration Services Agency of Japan or a qualified professional.
