Create a Pearson VUE account

Enter your name exactly as on your ID (passport, residence card).

Choose a test center, date and start time

Pay the fee

Pay by credit card. Fees differ between Japan and overseas.

Take the test

ID is required both when applying and on the day.

Get your results

A score report is given at the test center right after the test; the certificate can be printed from the Pearson VUE page 3 days later.
